Assumptions
The ironguides 8-week Sprint Triathlon Training Plan assumes that the participant can accomplish the following:
SWIM: Complete 50m of swimming using any stroke without stopping. CYCLING: Complete 30 minutes of cycling without stopping. RUN: Complete an easy 15-minute jog without stopping.
